Terms of use of the LenKore account.
Your LenKore account is your one account to sign in to Lenkli, Calenkli, Datalenk, then Sendlenk and Affilenk. These terms say how it works. Each tool also has its own terms for what you do in it. This English version is a translation: the French version is the reference.
1. Who provides the account
The LenKore account is provided by GO TO AGENCY (GTA), a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, RCS Dijon 944 980 762, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France (“we”). To write to us: contact@lenkli.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating your account, you accept these terms and, for your own customers’ data, the data processing agreement attached to them. We keep the version and date of your acceptance.
You had an account in one of our tools before the move to the LenKore account? These terms apply to your LenKore account from your first sign-in. They change neither your subscriptions nor your prices.
Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.
3. Your account
An account is personal: one account per person, with your name and an email address you have confirmed. You sign in with a password, a link sent by email, or with Google, Apple, Microsoft or GitHub.
You are responsible for what is done with your account: keep your password to yourself, turn on two-factor authentication (we recommend it), and tell us right away if someone uses it without you.
4. Your linked tools
The accounts of our tools opened with the same verified address are linked to your LenKore account automatically. An account opened with another address is linked with a code sent to that address.
The tools you use with the same account also link to each other: for example, your Calenkli bookings and the clicks on your Lenkli links count in your Datalenk sales. This data does not leave your account and only serves you; you can turn off each link in the tool’s settings. The data processing agreement describes it.
5. Team and domains
When the team feature is open, you invite people into the tools of your subscription, within the limit of your plan. Each person signs in with their own LenKore account. You are responsible for the access you give, and you can remove it at any time.
You only prove domains you are entitled to use. The proof (a DNS record) is checked again every day; if another account proves the same domain, it takes it over and you are notified.
6. Search and AI assistants
Your account’s search only reads your linked tools.
You can connect an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT) to your account, when this is open. It is your choice: what the assistant reads in your tools (links, bookings, your customers’ names and emails, figures) is sent to its publisher (Anthropic for Claude, OpenAI for ChatGPT), which processes it under its own terms, sometimes outside the European Union. We do not control what the assistant does with it. If this information is about your customers, check that you are allowed to share it. You can remove access at any time, in My account → Integrations.
7. What is not allowed
Using your account for anything illegal, to send spam or misleading content, to attack our services or other people’s, to get around the limits of your plan, or to resell access to our tools. Each tool sets out its own rules (for example Lenkli’s acceptable use policy).
8. Suspension
In case of a serious breach (fraud, attack, illegal content, account used by someone else), we may suspend your account. We tell you beforehand, except in an emergency, with the reason, and you can reply: another person on the team reviews the decision.
9. Paid plans
The subscriptions you buy from your account follow the LenKore terms of sale.
10. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep your account available and safe; interruptions for maintenance may happen.
For a business customer, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. If you are a consumer, we are liable for any damage caused by a failure to meet our obligations, under the conditions of the law.
11. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time, in My account. Cancel your ongoing subscriptions first: as long as a subscription is ongoing, deletion is refused, so that it does not keep being charged.
Deleting your LenKore account erases your identity, your sessions, your sign-in log and your account settings. The data you have in each tool (links, bookings, analytics) stays in the tool: delete it from each tool first, or write to contact@lenkli.com and we delete it for you.
An account that is no longer used is deleted after 2 years without a sign-in; we email you a month before, and signing in is enough to keep it.
12. Changes to these terms
We email you at least 30 days before we change these terms. If you refuse them, you can delete your account before they take effect.
13. Governing law and mediation
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and you can go to the court of your place of residence; if you are a business customer, the courts of Dijon (France) have sole jurisdiction.
In case of disagreement, write to us first at contact@lenkli.com or by post: GO TO AGENCY, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France. If you are a consumer and the disagreement remains, you can refer it free of charge to our consumer mediator: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France – www.cm2c.net (procedure in French).
Appendix. Data processing agreement
The LenKore data processing agreement is part of these terms. It applies to the data of your own customers, visitors or guests that our tools process for you.
