General terms of sale of the LenKore subscription.
These terms apply to the subscriptions you buy from your LenKore account (accounts.lenkore.com): one tool, Business, the LenKore pack, their options and their volumes. They apply to business customers and consumers alike; the rules specific to each are flagged. This English version is a translation: the French version is the reference.
1. Who sells
LenKore, Lenkli, Calenkli, Datalenk, Sendlenk and Affilenk are services of GO TO AGENCY (GTA), a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, RCS Dijon 944 980 762, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France, EU VAT number FR25944980762 (“we”).
To write to us: contact@lenkli.com.
The full legal notice is on lenkore.com.
2. What you buy
- Pro: one tool of your choice, for one person.
- Business: your tool in Business and a second tool free, in Pro, for up to 10 people.
- LenKore, all included (the pack): the tools of the suite, for up to 20 people (what it includes today is set out below).
- Options: move the free tool of your Business to Business (+€20 incl. VAT per month); add a tool in Pro (+€9 incl. VAT per month each).
- Volumes: Datalenk is priced on the number of events measured per month, Sendlenk on the number of contacts you write to in the month. A volume is included in every plan; you pick a larger tier with the slider.
The exact content of each plan (features, limits, volumes) is described on its pricing page and shown again on the checkout screen, right before you order.
Overage: if you go over your tier’s volume, nothing is charged automatically. We tell you and offer the next tier, without cutting your subscription. The number of people is a ceiling: you cannot add more.
Today the LenKore pack includes Lenkli and Datalenk in Business, and Calenkli with every Pro feature (its team features will come later, at no extra cost). Sendlenk and Affilenk are not open yet: they will be added to your pack when they open, in Business, at no extra cost; they have no date yet. The price of the pack does not depend on Sendlenk and Affilenk opening. With the pack, your data history can go up to 5 years in each tool.
3. Prices
Prices include all taxes (VAT). In the European Union they are in euros, the same in every country; elsewhere, they are in US dollars, with the same figures.
Today: Pro €9 per month or €84 per year; Business €29 per month or €288 per year; LenKore, all included €79 per month or €780 per year (VAT included). Options and volume tiers are added to the plan’s price, as shown on its pricing page.
The exact currency and amount are shown again on the checkout screen and confirmed on the payment page, before you confirm.
4. Free trial (only if your plan has one, which is shown before payment)
Only Datalenk and Affilenk have a free trial: 14 days, in Pro or Business, once per tool and per email address. Lenkli, Calenkli and Sendlenk have no trial (Calenkli and Sendlenk have a free plan; Lenkli has free tools, no account needed); the LenKore pack has no trial (article 9).
Trial with a card: your card is requested at the start, and nothing is charged during the trial. On day 15, the subscription becomes paid and the first amount, shown before you order, is charged, unless you cancelled before.
Trial without a card: nothing is requested at the start. To continue after the trial, you add a card; without a card when the trial ends, the subscription simply stops and nothing is owed.
Before the trial ends, we email you the date and amount of the first charge.
Changing plan during the trial ends it: the checkout screen says so, and payment starts right away.
5. Payment and automatic renewal
Payment is handled by our payment provider, Stripe, on its secure page: by card (Apple Pay and Google Pay included), or by another method Stripe offers for your country, shown on the payment page before you confirm. We never see your card number.
A monthly subscription renews automatically every month; a yearly subscription, every year on the same date, until you cancel it. Each period is paid at its start.
Yearly subscription: we send you a dedicated email between 3 months and 1 month before the deadline to stop the renewal, with that date in a box (articles L215-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, reproduced in appendix 2).
Declined payment: Stripe retries for a few days and you are notified by email; your access stays open during these attempts. If they all fail, the subscription stops (article 12).
Each payment gives an invoice from GO TO AGENCY; you find it in My account → Subscriptions.
6. Changing plan
You change plan from your LenKore account, on the checkout screen. An upgrade (larger plan, option or volume) applies right away: before you confirm, the screen shows the amount to pay now for the rest of the current period (prorated), then the new price. It only applies if that payment goes through, and needs a card or a payment wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal…): a SEPA debit is not enough for it.
A downgrade applies at the end of the period already paid.
Changing plan never gives a new trial.
7. Cancelling
You cancel online, at no cost, whenever you like: My account → Subscriptions → “Cancel my subscription”. Your subscription stops at the end of the period already paid (or of the trial): you keep access until then, and nothing more is charged.
We confirm your cancellation by email, with the end date and what changes in each tool. You can undo your cancellation before that date, from the same screen.
8. Consumers’ right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days from your purchase to withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason (articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code). If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, the deadline moves to the next working day.
To withdraw: the “Withdraw from the contract here” link in My account → Subscriptions, visible for the whole period. You confirm your declaration, and we immediately email you an acknowledgement with its content, the date and the time. You can also send us the form in appendix 1, or any other clear statement, at contact@lenkli.com or by post: GO TO AGENCY, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France.
Your subscription stops right away. We refund you to the payment method you used, at the latest 14 days after your withdrawal:
- during a free trial, nothing was charged: there is nothing to refund, and nothing will be charged;
- if you asked to start right away (the box ticked before you ordered), everything you paid, minus the days already used;
- otherwise, everything you paid;
- for the LenKore pack, as long as its refund (article 9) has not yet been used for your account: everything you paid for the pack, even if you asked to start right away; your withdrawal then counts as that refund.
Business customers: the right of withdrawal is reserved for consumers (article L221-18 and introductory article of the French Consumer Code).
9. LenKore pack: satisfied or refunded
The pack has no trial. If it is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment for the pack (if you move to the pack from another plan: the payment for that move), from My account → Subscriptions (“Refund me”) or by email at contact@lenkli.com. Your subscription stops right away (if it moved to the pack from another plan, that plan stops too) and we refund everything you paid for the pack (that first payment, month or year, and a renewal if one happened in the meantime), to the payment method you used, at the latest 14 days after your request. Once per LenKore account: a withdrawal from a pack refunded in full (article 8) counts as that once. This guarantee applies to business customers and consumers alike and comes on top of the right of withdrawal.
10. Guaranteed price for early subscribers
If you subscribe to the LenKore plan (all included) before Sendlenk and Affilenk are both open for sale (date announced on lenkore.com at least 7 days before), the price of your plan on the day you subscribe (€79 per month or €780 per year, VAT included) will not increase as long as your subscription continues without interruption. You can change rhythm (month or year) or volume without losing it. Sendlenk and Affilenk are added to your plan when they open, in Business, at no extra cost. This price does not cover volume tiers beyond those included (Datalenk beyond 1,000,000 events per month, Sendlenk beyond 2,500 contacts): they are charged at the published rate of the day. You lose it if your subscription stops (cancellation, withdrawal, unpaid after the reminders) or if you move to a plan other than the LenKore plan. If the State changes the VAT rate, the price including VAT follows that change.
11. Price changes
The price of your subscription does not change during the period already paid (one month or one year). We may change our prices for the following periods: we email you at least 30 days before the renewal date concerned, with the new price and the date it will apply. If you refuse it, you can cancel online before that date, at no cost; your access stays open until the end of the paid period. The guaranteed price for early LenKore subscribers (article 10) is not affected.
12. What happens at the end, tool by tool
When your subscription stops (cancellation, withdrawal, or declined payment after the reminders):
- Lenkli: your short links and dynamic QR codes keep working for 30 days after the end of the last paid period, then they are paused (the rule below).
- Calenkli: your account goes back to the free plan; you keep your pages and your bookings.
- Datalenk: you keep access until the end of the paid period, and you can export your data as CSV until then.
- Sendlenk (when it opens): you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Affilenk (when it opens): read-only for 30 days, data can be exported, then deleted.
The rule of Lenkli’s short links and dynamic QR codes
Lenkli’s short links and dynamic QR codes work as long as your subscription is paid, then for 30 more days after the end of the last paid period (cancellation or declined payment).
After that, they are paused: whoever scans sees a “This QR code is paused” page, with no redirect to your destination.
If you subscribe again within 12 months, everything works again without reprinting; after that, they stay inactive. Their address is never given to anyone else.
Links and QR codes created before this rule are not affected. Static QR codes (the address is in the image) do not depend on Lenkli.
When your purchase includes Lenkli, you accept this rule with a separate box, before paying; the version of the text and the date are kept with your subscription.
13. Moving to another tool
You can ask at any time to get your data back (for example your links, their destinations and their click and scan statistics in Lenkli, your bookings in Calenkli, your events in Datalenk), as CSV and through the tool’s API where it exists, to take it elsewhere: write to contact@lenkli.com. The service continues for at most 30 days after your request, and your data stays available for at least 30 days after. No switching fees. Then it is deleted.
14. Legal guarantee of conformity (consumers)
The box below is the official French text required by article D211-4 of the French Consumer Code. It applies to consumers.
1° Le professionnel refuse de mettre le contenu numérique ou le service numérique en conformité ;
2° La mise en conformité du contenu numérique ou du service numérique est retardée de manière injustifiée ;
3° La mise en conformité du contenu numérique ou du service numérique ne peut intervenir sans frais imposés au consommateur ;
4° La mise en conformité du contenu numérique ou du service numérique occasionne un inconvénient majeur pour le consommateur ;
15. Liability
For a business customer, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data; our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited (gross negligence, essential obligation).
These limits only apply to business customers. If you are a consumer, we are liable for any damage caused by a failure to meet our obligations, under the conditions of the law, and you keep the legal guarantee of conformity.
16. Business customers: paying invoices
Invoices are paid on their issue date, with the payment method on file. In case of late payment, penalties at the ECB rate plus 10 points and a fixed recovery fee of €40 (article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code). No discount for early payment.
17. Complaints and mediation
Write to us first at contact@lenkli.com or by post: GO TO AGENCY, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France. If you buy as a consumer and a disagreement remains after your written complaint, you can refer it free of charge to our consumer mediator: CM2C – Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France – www.cm2c.net (procedure in French; online form: www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php; give our SIREN 944 980 762).
18. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can go to the court of your place of residence. If you are a business customer, the courts of Dijon (France) have sole jurisdiction.
19. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We email you at least 30 days before; the new terms apply from your next period. If you refuse them, you can cancel at no cost before they take effect. The version you accepted when you bought stays filed with your subscription.
These terms are written in French; this English version is a translation.

Appendix 2. Articles L215-1 to L215-3 and L241-3 of the French Consumer Code
Reproduced in full, in the original French, as article L215-4 of the French Consumer Code requires.
Article L215-1
