You left your email to hear when Sendlenk or Affilenk opens. Here is, in plain words, what happens to it.
- Who is responsible
GO TO AGENCY (GTA), a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, RCS Dijon 944 980 762, 9 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau, 21000 Dijon, France, publisher of LenKore and its tools.
- What it’s for
Telling you when the tool you picked opens, with a discount. It’s used for nothing else: never sold, never shared.
- Legal basis
Your consent (the ticked box), which you can withdraw whenever you like (GDPR, article 6.1.a).
- What we keep
Your email, the tool you picked, the page’s language and address, the date, and the exact text you agreed to with its version: the proof of your consent.
If you answered them, your answers to the optional questions (your current tool, the size of your list…).
Not your IP address: it’s only used for a few minutes, in memory, to slow down bots.
- Where
On the servers that host these pages, in the European Union. Only us, with our host and our email delivery provider, who act on our behalf.
- How long
Until the tool opens, then 3 months at most; 24 months at most in total.
- Your rights
See, correct or delete your address, withdraw your consent, or ask for a copy: write to contact@lenkli.com. We answer within a month at most.
You can also give us instructions on what happens to your data after your death (keeping, deleting, passing on): write to contact@lenkli.com.
